Located in Upper Riccarton this property offers privacy and close access to the amenities Christchurch has to offer such as Westfield Riccarton, Eateries, Hagley Park and shopping. The property comes complete with x2 Queen Beds and 2 full bathrooms. A free allocated car park. Complete equipped kitchen, tiled bathroom w/ Bidet toilet and fast WIFI The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, with a dining area to enjoy them. The living room is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The apartment also has a modern bathroom with a shower and all necessary amenities. Ground floor has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard with outdoor seating. Upstairs (1st floor) has bedroom with 1x Queen bed and full bathroom. The 2nd floor - has the Queen bed and ensuite bathroom with Tiled shower, Bidet and vanity. Please note this is a 3-storey property - upper floors accessible via stairs only.
