Modern, quiet comfort for two
A short drive out of the city and heading towards Sumner, Redcliffs is a small village with shops and cafes. If you like hill walking there are countless options from the house without needing to use the car. You could also walk down the hill and explore the beach at Sumner and it's cafes and restaurants. If you are here on the weekend there is the Lyttelton market or the Mt Pleasant market a short drive away. There are two sailing clubs close by and the opportunity to enjoy all the watersports you can think of. However maybe you prefer sitting on the deck with a glass of wine and admiring the sunset, or doing the same down on the beach! The choice is yours.. Special conditions: No loud parties or visitors coming and going late at night. This is a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen is only a kitchenette and not suitable for cooking dinners, perfectly adequate for breakfast and light meals. Gas barbeque outside with cooking element on the side. Gas provided.

Ver nice place. Large bathroom and comfy bed. Off street parking in a great location, walking distance to cafes and a beautiful Oceanside walk to sumner.
We had a lovely stay in Susan’s studio. The place is really comfortable and well equiped with everything you need. Shower is great and the comfy bed made for restful sleeps. Easy access to trails that take you up to Summit Rd and beyond!
We stayed here at the beginning and end of our 3-week trip. The location, the apartment, the amenities, and the host were amazing. We recommend the Redcliffs location very highly with restaurants, beach walking, and the Port Hills all being very close. The bed was a perfect firmness, and the kitchenette allowed us to cook anything we wanted, and we used the outdoor grill 3 times. The patio is awesome to hangout on, and the water and heaters were both hot and kept us warm in the rather cool December weather. We were greeted every morning by the resident chaffinch and blackbird, and the neighborhood is perfectly quiet otherwise. Can't recommend this place more! It was perfect. We will stay here again.
A perfect place for a couple to stay in Christchurch for a few days. Convenient to a lot of places in Christchurch but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Bathroom was spacious with heated floor and wonderful water pressure.
Comfortable, clean accommodation close to family, great coffee shops and walks. The apartment was clean,and beautifully furnished .and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable, view from the end of the drive was amazing Sue was a great host in a quite location. Thanks for a great stay.
Property was quite private with easy parking. Bed was comfortable, kitchen facilities were very good and a lovely walk down into Redcliffs with an excellent bus service into Christchurch. Good walks around the area and good selection of eateries. Our host, Sue, was very friendly and helpful
Perfect place to stay, spotless accommodation, plenty of room for two, comfortable bed, walk in wet room, walk in wardrobe , well equipped kitchen area, fridge, microwave etc. TV for entertainment and close to plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. The area is quiet, which suited us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

It suited my purpose very well, i was disappointed there was no hot tub which was advertised, and no tea and coffee. Ford a ten day stay I would have appreciated more than one towel. I is a very well appointed bed sit and I was very comfortable there.
