The property comes complete with x2 Queen Beds and a sofa bed. A free allocated car park is provided for use during your stay. Complete with equipped kitchen and tiled bathroom with Bidet toilet and fast WIFI. Ground floor has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard overlooking Middleton Park. Upstairs (1st floor) has both bedrooms with Queen beds and Full bathroom with Tiled shower, Bidet and vanity. Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. This short-term rental is located in a residential area and we have some fantastic neighbours we care about. If you are arriving or departing late at night or early in the morning please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbours. Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
