8/10 Very good! (4 reviews)
Think most guests only stay for a couple of nights hence cope. We were there for 10 nights and had issues that had to be resolved after escalating to management.
Pool with only 2 sun beds !!!
No space to hang wet swim wear !!!
Lights in the bathrooms that work on movement, hence turn in bed and they switch on, stand too long in the bath and they switch off.
Stewards like Shankar help keep my sanity.

7.8/10 Good! (124 reviews)
The staff were more than helpful, the pool area was ok, the breakfast was the same everyday and at best average. The rooms were terrible, old with many defects, we had to move rooms, but the supposed upgrade was poor.
This hotel is most definitely not 4 star, possibly 2 star or 3 at a push, but that would be for the helpful staff.
When rating hotels on a UK website, please rate according to UK ratings, if you need someone to travel and review your Hotels then I offer my services, you have got this rating so terribly wrong.
Would never recommend or stay here again, we paid double the cost by pre booking, if booked the day before travel we could have saved £450.
