If you have signed a high floor room or room with pool view, that experience would be totally different: unfortunately, this is not our case, our room was on the 7th floor with so close distance from the other residence, to keep a certain privacy our curtain has to be done all time, otherwise we would have conversations with people opposite side! Though room is very decent and super clean!
This is actually a residence not really a hotel, you can’t expect the service like in the hotel. An Expedia VIP member , doesn’t mean anything here. Must point housekeeping staff are very nice!
After all, it’s everyone’s choice; value for money I would choose Airbnb, good service I would choose hotel. If I ever come back to Chicago!
