Summary:  
Only 350m walk to the pristine Chiton Beach and popular Chiton Surf Lifesaving Club/Restaurant (700m via road), this spacious four-bedroom single storey home is nestled between Victor Harbor and Port Elliot. Enjoy beautiful afternoons so close to the sea you can hear the waves and smell the sea air.  
  
The Space:  
Floor plan comprises open plan living area which includes the modern kitchen with timber benchtops, fridge, microwave, electric hot plates & under bench oven. Enjoy the coffee pod machine and milk frother supplied for guest use. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 at one end of the home, 1 of which you can walk through to access the main bedroom. At the other end of the home are the other 2 bedrooms, again, one you walk through to access the 4th bedroom which includes a small sitting room.   
  
One main bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.  
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.  
  
Great outdoor entertainment deck for weekend BBQ's. Sit back and relax and take in the tranquil hills' views. What's not to love about the location and the potential of a seaside escape.
