"The staff on our arrival was wonderful; though she would disappear from the desk often. She was always responsive to 'ringing the bell' on the 1 occasion that we did this. She was a bit rough around the edges, but hospitable and accomodating!! The 2nd day was opposite. Grumpy staff that did not extend the same courtesys as on our arrival and every question was seemingly irritating to 2 of the 3 staff members encountered. Having breakfast was a plus! And bike storage in a locked room was also amazing! Town was about a mile walk - fun little downtown area."

"Room and hallways very clean. Breakfast was not very well stocked. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. No ice machine to fill coolers. The hotel was within walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. I would stay there again when in Hibbing area."
