The property is in need of some serious maintenance and repairs. From the extremely poor conditions of basically the entire exterior, to the ripped and stained carpeting leaning upstairs, and then finally the very worn out rooms. It just was uncomfortable and felt very unsanitary. The staff is friendly but also shockingly unprofessional, and the two we encountered (a woman and possibly her teenager daughter) seemed like they didn’t know much about their jobs or how to run a business. They were nice to us but they just really don’t seem like they are equipped for this job field, sorry to say.

Disappointed in the hotel, as it had listed good reviews. The carpet was stained, the room smelled, and we could not tell if the bed sheets were changed from the last people (sheets were all wrinkled under the comforter, making us question this). We were able to open the window and door to air out the room decently. Breakfast was good, but cannot recommend this place.

hidden fees that were not disclosed until the time of check in, ice was rationed to 2 qt bags a day, coffee pot in the room but the room was never stocked with coffee. always had to ask for it at the front desk.

There is no pool apparently its been that way for quite awhile yet a pool os advertised. There was not an ice machine on the property either. A lot of road workers stay there and the room had a lingering unclean odor. There was not shampoo or conditioner provided either.

The linens were clean and the check in staff was great. They no longer put shampoo in the room, so you need to ask. The pool is not operational at this time. Many of the outlets didn't work in the bedroom for charging. The hotel is really in need of updates. The breakfast was as expected for most hotels, with both hot and cold. The turns into the hotel are not well lit and no signage, but it is the only hotel along the freeway. Very convenient to Discovery Center.
