"From outside it feels like you just booked yourself for a stay in a room at a dark and gloomy alley. Something out of a 1600 period movie. Inside you’re still in the 1600’s as there is no elevator and the interior is antique but beautiful. The second you enter the hotel you feel like it was well worth the money. The room was spacious and beautiful with a beautiful view, great air conditioning, modern walk in shower, Excellent breakfast with the kindest, sweetest staff. Helpful in every way. And right in the heart of Venice. If I ever return to this beautiful city I will definitely stay here again. Only downside is, there is no elevator, so if you can’t climb stairs, this place may not be for you. Otherwise highly recommend. You won’t regret it."

"Hotel is nice and clean and the staff is very welcoming it is our second time in this hotel and we got a bottle of champagne upon arrival , breakfast is very big buffet with everything you want in it - great value for money also due to the location Special thanks to Kiyarra at the reception"

"We stayed at Hotel Venice Plaza as a tourist visiting Venice, and overall it was an excellent experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, offering everything needed after long days of sightseeing. The location is outstanding — directly opposite Venezia Mestre Station, with trains to Venice Island running every few minutes. Reaching the historic center takes only about 10 minutes, which made the trip extremely convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the breakfast was well organized with good variety. The on‑site Soul Kitchen restaurant was a convenient option for dinner. The only drawback was the lack of an in‑room kettle, which would have been useful for early‑morning tea. Apart from that, the stay was superb. Overall: A highly practical and comfortable base for exploring Venice, offering great value and excellent transport access."

"Clean modern room, nice 24/7 staff. They do charge to hold bags, there’s no coffee or tea in the room. No water. We’ve traveled extensively thru Italy so surprised by that. Otherwise, close to water taxi and again, nice modern clean rooms."
