"The communication with the owner was great. We did have some issues checking in not getting the floor or room number or the wifi password. The room was a bit worrying cracks in the sink the toilet not in the right space, the bed not being larger people friendly and it was hard finding basic essentials like the toaster. The room was spacious and the air con was very chilly. It was walkable distance to central and very close to queen vic. It was very easy to find groceries at the woolies around...

"Lovely set up. Yes - the sound of the road is loud, but they do provide 2 sets of foam earplugs and you can drown it out with some white noise playing on your phone or a machine. The drying part of the washer/dryer combo didn’t work initially; however, response to the issue was extremely prompt. They had someone come out and look at it in an attempt to fix, but they were very transparent that it may not have fixed but to try again and get back in touch if still broken.
