"We had a large suite that we paid full price for with a private balcony and a comfortable king size bed with a Jacuzzi tub. When we arrived, the granite countertop on vanity in the bathroom was crumbling and appeared to have been caulked to attempt to repair. But then minutes of our arrival, a huge piece fell off.. I called the front desk and notified the young lady about it she was apologetic. She wanted to call maintenance, but there was no way maintenance. Could install a granite countertop during our stay. I just wanted to report it so that we would not have been held responsible for it.. The sofa table had crumbs on it, and there were water stains on the coffee table.."
