Check-in was contactless, via a tablet, and quite smooth. Room lock is via a passcode so no need to worry about number of room cards. Apartment is quite roomy for our family of three, with a bedroom (with one double and one single bed), plus a larger living room (also with one double bed and one single bed). Even included a 3 person sofa and a small side table. Overall a very nice stay. Highly recommended for family of 3-4 persons. Can accommodate 6 but probably a squeeze.

위치가 좋아서 그런가 한국사람이 진짜 많았아요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 세탁실도 있고 짐 맡기는곳도 간편하고 좋았네요.
일본이라 방이 추울까봐 걱정했는데 방도 따숩고 좋았아요!
생각한것보다 룸사이즈도 좋아서 또오고싶네여!!

stayed one night here and it was perfectly adequate. we were upgraded to a larger room on the top floor, it was spacious but the toilet seat wasn't clean. appreciated the in-room laundry facilities though.
breakfast was included and it was quite good, it also starts at 6:30am which was convenient as we had an early flight out. the hotel is well-located in tenjin and about 3 minutes' walk from tenjin-minami subway station.

We had a memorable stay in Fukuoka and the hotel experience plays a large part in it. The rooms are modern, big and clean. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Hakata station. Hotels is very convenient to train station and downtown area. Staff was efficient, but not very friendly. Also give the room rate the hotel amenities were very limited. Roomwas clean and modern.. for the price, would try another hotel.
