"We absolutely loved this property. It’s beautiful. We stayed in a Junior suite with large balcony overlooking some of the pools (there are a lot of pools with varying degrees of heat.) The staff was helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel at home! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Everything was perfect! There is a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel entrance, and also very easy to get taxis anywhere you need to go, the staff can order them for you. One...
"We stayed at the Insula for just a night. They allowed us to stay and use the pool and facilities at the boutique hotel the next day and looked after our luggage whilst we enjoyed ourselves. The staff were very helpful with our Italian, and spoke good English to help us with our requests. We would very much stay here again, only for longer! Thank you again!"

We loved the delicious breakfasts, comfortable beds, amazing pools, and nearby Sorgeto Beach. Pietro and Umberto were incredibly helpful with planning our day, restaurant and beach recommendations, and lifts to town. "Excelsior Belvedere was an amazing place to stay! We would definitely go back again. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, very nice amenities, and excellent service. Even the staff working around the grounds was friendly and helpful, from the hosts that show you around the hotel and gardens to those working to keep the grounds clean and functional, like Michele, who made sure we had umbrella shade and great pool side service. What a relaxing and peaceful place. Also conveniently located to shopping/restaurant areas, the port, and even a little puppet theatre on the way to the port. Magical stay!"
