"I have traveled all over the world and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever walked into. The outside of the hotel looks nice, but the photos on the site are very deceptive to what the rooms are actually like. The place needs torn down and severely renovated. Bugs in the bedding and unclean/wet floor. It was so bad that I walked into the room set my stuff down and booked another hotel right away because there was yelling in the hallway and didn’t feel safe. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE......

Breakfast was ok but it starts at 8 am! I have never seen a hotel starts breakfast that late!
You have to ask for milk as they don’t leave it outside! So everyday I put cereal and ask for milk!
There’s one coffee machine with a long waiting line
There’s a beach around 7 minutes walking but the guy at the hotel invited us to private beach which is paid

"Hotel a conduzione familiare a pochi passi dal mare, dalla fermata degli autobus (molto efficienti sull’Isola) e da due centri termali molto rinomati (per i quali la struttura fornisce sconti). Accolti da un ragazzo molto cordiale che ci ha illustrato la zona e la struttura (priva di ascensore), accompagnandoci fino in camera. La camera che avevamo scelto con vista mare si presenta luminosa e ampia, con arredi non nuovissimi e con bagno finestrato. La vera chicca della camera è l’ampio terrazzo...

"Nice stay. We went out of season so island and hotel very quiet. Lovely service from B&B owner. Booked a family room with breakfast but ended up with two rooms...not an issue for us. No breakfast being served either, again not an issue as bakery just up the road. It was our of season so I think these were more of a miscommunication with hotels.com. Great location for Barano beach, easy to reach using no 5 bus from main bus station from ischia port."

"Such a friendly, spotless and comfortable hotel in a very convenient area within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and staff were so helpful. The pool area was fabulous - so relaxing and immaculately clean with a great bar for food and drink. We will definitely come back. "
"The location was very close to the ferries and close to many shops. We loved the outdoor thermal pool and patios! It was were very nice and relaxing. Staff was professional and helpful. Martina at front desk was always smiling and happy to see us:)
The buffet breakfast lacked a variety of fresh fruit, otherwise it had a good selection of croissants, cakes and breads!

There is a bus that runs by the hotel, and if you walk 10 minutes, you will find many more buses to choose from. We walked from the port the first time, but I do not recommend it as it was a 30-minute walk, in the sun, uphill."

"When I booked on Expedia the hotel had amenities such as a pool and hot springs. When we arrived it was clear this hotel never had these features. Is there anything that prevents the property from editing their hotel listing after booking? Overall a nice hotel with terrific apartment Terrace right overlooking the beach. The place was good for a one and done experience, but I would not go back because of the omissions listed when we booked. "
"Lorenzo and Laura were helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. The restaurant offered amazing dining options with a beautiful view of the Aragonese Castle. The breakfast menu offered a wonderful variety of food and drink. Sara and her staff were welcoming and a pleasure to talk to every morning. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.
