A warm “Grüß Gott” to everyone seeking relaxation here in beautiful Chiemgau! We, the Kirchmaier family, welcome you to our holiday farm right on the shores of picturesque Lake Chiemsee. For many years now, holidaymakers have been spending the best time of the year with us in Schützing. A holiday at the Kirchmaier Farm means relaxation surrounded by the nature of idyllic Chiemgau, with a direct view of Lake Chiemsee and the mountains. At the same time, our farm is a family-run agricultural business that offers plenty of adventures on the farm and with our various animals—especially for our younger guests. Whatever we take on, we do with passion: That’s why we’re currently expanding our holiday farm and setting up new luxury holiday apartments and double rooms, a wellness area with three saunas and a relaxation room, and a cosy farm café for our guests. We’d love to share the unique location of our farm—right on the shores of Lake Chiemsee—with our guests. The luxurious 5-star Kampenwand holiday apartment is a cosy and inviting, spacious loft-style apartment located on the first and second floors of the Kirchmaier Holiday Farm. With 65 m² of living space, there’s plenty of room for up to 4 people. A true holiday paradise for the whole family, enhanced by the first-class real wood furnishings and the harmoniously coordinated colour scheme of the interior. The cosy living and dining areas on both floors invite you to spend relaxing hours there. The holiday apartment’s luxurious amenities are rounded out by two bathrooms featuring walk-in rain showers and heated towel racks.
