The former farmhouse was completely renovated in 2016 and has since been converted into four separate holiday apartments. Its peaceful location in the heart of the Chieming golf course, surrounded by forests, nature reserves, and several ponds, ensures a relaxing stay.Right in front of the apartments, a separately landscaped garden with a covered outdoor seating area offers a place to relax right on the premises. Those looking for “active” pursuits can enjoy hiking and biking, as well as the impressive 18-hole championship golf course.Brand-new at our resort is the “Golfakademie GmbH,” which offers ongoing golf lessons for beginners and advanced players. Our guests are also welcome to use the golf club’s clubhouse, located at the back of the property. Whether in the vaulted restaurant or, when the weather is nice, on the sunny terrace, our dining staff looks forward to welcoming all guests.
In early 2020, the new two-room “Marina” apartment was completed on the ground floor of the property. The bedroom features a double box-spring bed. In addition to standard kitchen utensils, including a stove and refrigerator, the kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The bathroom with a shower includes hand and bath towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer. Unfortunately, children cannot be accommodated in this holiday rental.
