The holiday apartment Parzinger 2, with a fantastic mountain view, is situated in a quiet location near the beautiful Chiemsee. The lovingly furnished 90 m² apartment is located on the ground floor and offers space for up to 6 guests. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and oven, two bedrooms each with a double bed (one also with an additional sofa bed for 2 people), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television, fans, and a private washing machine. An iron and dryer can be provided upon request. With a baby cot, a highchair, and board games, this apartment is particularly family-friendly. Pets are welcome (maximum 2). Cosy evenings are enhanced by the fireplace. In the basement, you will find a sauna available for an extra fee. The apartment features two private balconies — one facing south and one facing west — where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner while admiring the magnificent mountain panorama.

The Strandbad Chieming beach is 5.5 km away, where you can swim and enjoy beach volleyball and table tennis. Parking is available on the property, along with an EV charging station. Please note that water pressure in the apartment is subject to the local water supply and may be lower than some guests are accustomed to.
