We’ve been here on 4 different occasions. The property staff are a stand out. The front desk is very responsive. We will continue to stay here whenever in Chico. It’s very nice to have an in house restaurant and bar. The portions are very generous.

Hotel was great staff was amazing and accommodating. Hotel stays with little kids isn’t always easy and it was GREAT! Pool was awesome, lit up pretty at night. Food at the restaurant was great and excellent happy hour. Will stay here anytime I’m in Chico.

The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating when we had two shampoos in the shower and no body wash. The amenities were clean and comfortable. Only went to the pool one morning and it was very peaceful and clean. Thank you for the great stay!
