Hotel is in a great location just off the Magnificent Mile. The bed was super comfortable. One odd thing is that the hotel did not provide shampoo. For a hotel of its quality, and being a boutique hotel, I did not expect that. There was only shower gel, lotion and mouthwash. I had to go buy some on my own. I was there for four days and three nights. One day, the cleaning staff left me no washcloths. Another day, they left me no bath gel. One day, the minibar snacks were all messed up, and when I checked out, I was charged for something I did not take. The room was very dim, even with all the lights on, which made doing any work difficult. That was a problem since I was there on business. It wasn't a terrible stay, but it was not what I expected.
