Hyde Park in Chicago is pretty safe and very walkable. Parking is difficult! This property was clean, but needs some updated flooring. It was very difficult to control hot water. It was extremely hot!! If you have children in this property I would recommend keeping them from turning on the hot water by themselves. The building, likely built in 1920s had been updated but is showing wear.
