Easy to get anywhere in Chicago from here. Minutes to the loop, Pilsen, Little Italy, Medical District and UIC. All are welcome and we hope to make you feel at home. We love our city and hope you do too. General Policies: Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your inquiry. Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation without refund. Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone else, please contact us to discuss exceptions. Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps like SpotHero or ParkWhiz. Violations of ANY of the following rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a refund. 1\. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. 2\. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved. 3\. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations. 4\. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. 5\. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. 6\. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. 7\. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure. It’s a 10 min walk to the blue line and 15 min ride to the city. But far enough away to be quieter and more reasonable for a family of 6 than staying right in the city. There were groceries and fast food within 15 min walk. Overall the area seemed safe but we were sure to travel as a group when we returned late at night. The only drawback was that once we were in the city for the day it was a bit far to go back to change or rest so we stayed out until we finished our activities.
