It's a great, reasonably priced place to stay. It's an older property but the beds are comfortable, the place is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Just minutes to the JR Inagekaigan station, shopping and restaurants.

#### Clean room and hotel well located

Overall look of the room and facilities are outdated. Nevertheless, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Location was perfect, next to a shopping centre and the train station. In addition, staff were nice and friendly. To me, the hotel ticks all boxes.

急遽空室が出て一人でしたが4人部屋で とても快適に過ごせました。 コンセントは1箇所でしたが延長タップが置かれていてよかったです。 また幕張に来る時は泊まったみたいです。

連泊で利用。タオルなどの交換は非常によかった。 駅からも近く、比較的安く泊まれたのはよかった。 基本的に室内の設備が古すぎて少し残念。 照明、トイレのウォシュレットなど、少し前の仕様で使い方が最初わからんかった。 加湿器の貸し出しを申し出たが、今は貸し出し停止しているとのこと。 だったら案内に書いといてほしい。 旅は満足やったのでいいんだけども…価格からすればこんなもんかなと。 次もここ泊まりたい！よりは、他空いてないししゃーなしで空いてたらここにするかて感じ。

#### 素泊まりのつもりなら

駅から近く、コンビニや100円均一も近くにあり非常に使い勝手は良い。 食事はレストランで取ることになるが、朝食で1000円以上も出せないよ。 あと、今回泊まった部屋が偶々そうだったのか、浴槽に汚れがこびり付いていて湯船に浸かる気にはなれなかった。

部屋はシンプルな普通の広さでしたが、ビジネスホテルにありがちな圧迫感がなく、夜も静かでしたので快適に過ごせました。 レストランもあり、便利だと感じました。 駐車場空いていれば、1000円の追加料金で出し入れ自由で駐車できます。

ホテルのアンケートにも書かせていただきましたが、建物の中が古すぎて、どんなに清潔に保とうとしても無理なくらいです。 リノベかリフォームをすべきだと感じます。 清掃が行き届いていない点は残念でした。
