We asked for help to ship our luggage, they couldn't help. None of the staff knew English. When asking any questions the answer was always no. No ice machine, when asked for solution told to get ice at convienece store, Asked about convention, airport shuttle couldn't help. No cafe at the hotel, closed since 2021\. Booked 3 beds, got two beds pushed together. One positive proximity to train station.
