Front desk staff some were very nice some were not and we got the feel they didn’t like having to deal with Americans in general. They were not helpful when we asked for help. I am wonder why the staff can be neglected. The arrangement of the toilet and bathing area are not user-friendly. They are separated, but there is no washing basin in the toilet. The hotel is relatively small for family visitors. My sister is alergic to feathers, we asked for hypo allergenic pillows 🙄 but no luck. Then asked for extra towels to use as pillows, and were told only 1 towel per person. We asked for help to ship our luggage, they couldn't help. None of the staff knew English. When asking any questions the answer was always no. No ice machine, when asked for solution told to get ice at convienece store, Asked about convention, airport shuttle couldn't help. No cafe at the hotel, closed since 2021\. Booked 3 beds, got two beds pushed together. One positive proximity to train station.
