The beds were also very hard, like wooden floor. The pillows provided no support, and there were no spare pillows in the room. We do appreciate that the front desk staff offered the seniors in our group a room on the first floor, as there is no elevator in the building. We stored some of our food/beverages in their main fridge downstairs and saw it was STUFFED with other people's items too, so it seems none of the rooms have a fridge. Bed also rock hard (but I've discovered that's just a thing in Taiwan...you have to spring for more expensive hotels for soft bedding).
