San Juan one step away from downtown

Welcome! Our small, comfortable apartment is at your disposal. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen/living room.
Please note that check-in is self-service after 3:00 PM. You’ll need to contact the host via WhatsApp text message. After sending a photo of your ID, you’ll receive the code to open the combination lock containing the magnetic key to your room. The lockbox is located at the property. You will also be sent a video showing you the step-by-step procedure. Once you have retrieved the key, please close the box by turning the combination dial. At the end of your stay, you may leave the keys inside the building’s entrance, making sure to close the door behind you. Check-out must take place by 10:00 a.m.
(Please note that smoking, wearing shoes with heels or cleats, bringing pets, and bringing bulky equipment such as skis, bicycles, canoes, etc., are prohibited inside the rooms.

The apartment is located at the entrance to the historic centre, just a stone’s throw from the Paradiso Botanical Garden and the Marmitte dei Giganti Park. Just 200 metres away are the swimming pool, the ice rink, the football field, and two indoor tennis courts. The ski resorts of Madesimo (25 minutes away) and St. Moritz (50 minutes away) are very close by. You’ll be able to go hiking at altitudes ranging from 200 metres above sea level up to 3,400 metres above sea level. Lake Como is just half an hour away, and in the city centre, you can visit the famous “crotti.”
