The shower and aircondition works fine. Bed sheet is old and has blood stain. First night we can't sleep at all because there's a noise when the other room open the door or take shower. Second night is better. Breakfast is good. Bad hotel to stay in.. Bad facilities paid extra for breakfast when you get with breakfast through an agency in low price.. Lower then hotels.com. We had one room with bags, one room with dripping ceiling, and one room who smells like an hash tray. In the end.. My trip with my 2 sibling started from 19/8/2016 until 24/8/2016\. The room is clean and comfortable for us ( 3 single bed) and the staff is friendly and nice. We have been provided with breakfast which was cooked by chef started from 7.00 am. But, if you travel agent pick you up at 7.00 am from the hotel, you only can have toast and hot drink which was ready on the cafe. We get our public transport after we walk through a lane (take about 3 minute) from hotel to the main road and it is a bit far (by walk) to the night market. Excellent location. We rented a motorbike for a day from the hotel for 250 baht for one day which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. The room was fine. It's not luxurious but had the basics- small fridge, clean room, large shower with hot water, elevator. The staff speak hardly any English and didnt bother to help me when they didnt understand but still came across as very friendly. It's a clean hotel. Staff are friendly but don't go beyond expectations i.e. You get what you pay for. Running water is good. However, the hottest the shower can be is warmish, but that is to be expected in a place like Chiang Mai in a South East Asian 3\* hotel. Also, the beds were bouncy and not rock hard but not 5\* either. Pretty close to the night bazaar. Service was friendly and the staff was courteous. The elevator was broken for most of our stay but it wasn't bad. Close to the Art of Paradise Museum and plenty of tuk tuks and songthaews nearby to take. Decent amount of restaurants and massage spots nearby.
