The hotel and the villa where I stayed were incredible, 5 stars! The food was excellent! What could be improved is the maintenance; from the private pool of the villa, the first thing I saw was a wall with worn-out paint. Another thing I didn't like was that a container for bath salts broke. Despite explaining that it broke due to a poor design of the installation, they charged me for the container. There was no request too great to ask from the staff - the attentiveness and service were just right. My relentless Grab orders and taxi rides were treated with good humour - there are golf-buggies to chauffeur guests about the place and bring things to your villa. The villa was perfect - spacious, bright, airy and the perfect blend of modern and traditional. The private pool is just big enough to accommodate lengths and the gym is small but satisfactorily appointed.
