Super helpful. The rooms are small and dated but you won’t be in there much any way. Our bed was HUGE!!! The garden is nice and relaxing. The location is amazing!!!! Ancient wall and gate right across the street. 100’s of great places to eat within walking distance. Be careful though Chiang Mai traffic in the area is insane. Not a good place to take kids or if you don’t want to walk around a lot. There are 100’s of ancient and modern temples to see all within walking distance. Getting a Tuk Tuk or red truck is super easy. The red trucks are cheap at only 30 bhat but the Tuk Tuk’s are fun. You can also rent a scooter but I’m not brave/suicidal enough to drive myself in the traffic. I would recommend Siriwan whole heartedly.
