First of all, it's in a PERFECT location. You can walk to anywhere in Old City worthwhile. The staff was incredibly accommodating, providing unlimited free water bottles and even snacks. We had an aircon problem when we first arrived and the staff took care of it hastily and professionaly. The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh sheets and towels. On Sundays, the walking street is right in front (can be a bit loud, so don't book here if you want a quiet Sunday evening). Only air cond took hrs to be cool 2 of 3 nights were like that. And if you have a small curtain above the balcony door, it may be good but i got the eye cover anyway. -Location is good but may be difficult to find. The stay was very enjoyable with the friendly staff and clean room. The owner's daughter speaks really good English and the staff can understand simple English. All staff offered some help and recommendations. The free bar in the lobby is well-stocked and offers a variety of snacks and drinks. However, it may not be as suitable for elderly as the 4 storey hotel doesn't have lifts. Our family of 5 had a great stay at TCH Guesthouse. We were just around the block from Wat Chedi Luang and the Sunday Night Market started outside our hotel! The staff was great, and very helpful. From our hotel, we conveniently walked to get haircuts, got multiple massages, and Fish Spas for the family. I would definitely stay here again, if you're looking to be in Chiang Mai City. No worries at all if you're looking for excursions outside the city- we walked to Elephant Nature Park offices, and there were tons of excursions available to pick us up. Det så veldig fint og flott ut på bildene så derfor valge vi å ligge her. Førsteinntrykket var helt OK, det var ikke heis på hotellet noe som var svært dumt da vi måtte bære koffertene våre opp 3 etasjer. Vi oppdaga ganske tidlig når vi kom på rommet at det var små maur som krøyp på gulvet. Etter hvert kom de oppover veggene og noen kom til og med opp i senga. Dette gjorde det ikke så veldig koselig, så vi endte opp med å booke et annet hotell istedet. Morgenen etter dro vi. 4 netter ble til 1 natt. Det står også på hotell-forklaringen at det er en resturant på hotellet, den så vi ikke noe til.
