Das Hotel hat absolutes Potenzial und besticht mit schickem Design. Leider wirkte es bei unserem Aufenthalt dort als würde es etwas mehr Pflege und Reinigung benötigen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß und auch das Bett war bequem. Auch das Badezimmer mit Whirlpool war sehr groß, aber wir hätten uns etwas mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht. Enttäuschend war leider das Frühstück! Es gab nur ein sehr geringes Angebot und die angebotenen Speisen wirkten und schmeckten (z.B. das Brot) nicht sehr frisch. The room was cleaned everyday and the staff were very attentive. The only thing that was pretty inconvenient was that I was meant to be picked up at the airport, and that never happened. The hotel staff said that there was a driver there and waited an hour... but they waited too early. My flight arrival was communicated prior to my travels and was on time. I was out and waiting as soon as I could’ve been out. My advice is for the hotel to perhaps check on times etc for flight arrivals as I ended up being stranded at the airport for over an hour looking for the person who was going to pick me up... I ended up getting a taxi to the hotel which cost me 150THB. Aesthetically the only thing I can recommend is to change the carpet as it was quite stained.
