Booked air con room but come up with an air con that does not work and no other rooms to change. Only 2 socket in the room, you turn the refrigerator on and TV on but then you can't charge your phone, if you charge your phone pull out either one socket. The curtains are ruined down. The pool was broken needs repairing. No basic amenities at all, no cup, no toothbrush, no hair dryer. The locker room for storing luggage has no lock. Just terrible! The only impressive thing is the man "Ni" in the tour guest. Instead, you can get 10% on booking a tour or a voucher for a drink atthe bar. But I didn t get that information in the evening while arriving, but at breakfast time. That time the bar wasn t open and I had to leave. Next...I wanted to stay at this hotel becausr of the swimming pool. But it was out of order. There where tiles broken and until it would have been tepaired, the acces is denied. I couldn t see it while booking. Further the room I had, could be cleaned. There are many traces from drinks, coffee or so. La limpieza es buena en general, pero los espacios están en tan mal estado que nunca se sentían limpios del todo. El equipo del hotel es bastante amable pero cuando les solicitamos una moto como lo ofrecían a la entrada tardaron casi una hora en decirnos que no la podían traer y eso fue bastante triste ya que perdimos un tiempo muy valioso. La ubicación del hotel es una de las mejores cosas, pero por ejemplo las fotos no coinciden en lo más mínimo con lo que recibimos, la cama fue una tragedia y para colmo es un edificio de 7 pisos sin ascensor así que te recomiendo que lo tengas muy en cuenta ya que después de una largo día de turismo subir esas escaleras es bastante triste y agotador. El desayuno es muy muy básico, solo pan y un café bastante malo. Royal Guest House is a very nice place to stay. Energy is really mellow, and staff are so friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and the pool outside is refreshing. Breakfast is great-continental. We ended up extending our stay because it was so nice! We complained - if we hadn't, we'd be in it for 6 days - and they told us they wouldn't be able to relocate us until the next day at noon because all other rooms were full (why, if we made the reservation and paid for these things, was it not available to us?). At least, when we asked, they gave us a discount for this night. The wifi connexion, besides unsafe, is heart-stopping bad. It makes you nervous, it just does not connect steadily in the rooms (we've been on two different floors and they have several networks). We strongly recommend you to not type any important passwords while using it. Literally. The aircon in the room is good but unfortunately you can not choose the temperature, so it is either saara or siberia. I am still literally sneezing and coughing from it. Breakfast is ok but expect long lines - self service, one toaster for 5 floors. But they are attentive and always replacing bread, butter & jam when they run out.
