She confirmed a reservation for us, gave helpful recommendations, and even assisted us in hailing a taxi on our way to the airport. We arrived early and our room was already ready which was such a blessing after 24+ hours of traveling. The rooms were nice, clean, and the location was walkable to lots of shopping and food. The breakfast was nice and complementary. Excellent value.
