I thought I knew what excellent customer service was until I stayed here. Leigh and P go out of their way to help and are THE sweetest people ever. Nice clean room. Extremely strong air conditioning (yay!). It is on a busy street so if traffic noise bothers you bring ear plugs but we always travel with them and had no issues! Very clean, no issues with bugs at all. Beds are a bit hard but that's standard in Thailand - nothing that a $6 massage won't fix!
