There wasn't balkony with the room but was one on the end of each floor. Coffee, tea and little snack available every day downstairs at the little patio next to reception. In the middle of buzzing neighborhood, having big market 2 minutes away, walking distance to the city centre, with beautiful temples on the way. Plus food carts in the evening just out the door. Owner is a very nice lady.
