The facilities were quite limited, and parking space might not be enough during long weekends. There was only one staff member on the night shift who seemed to handle many tasks alone. Only blocks away from a busy road yet very quiet. Not really a walkable area around the resort, but there’s no reason to want to be somewhere else. A Grab cab can easily whisk you away to the chaotic downtown. I booked 3 nights for our son and wife to enjoy the bathtub as few places here have them. Check in went okay but WiFi and water had to be turned on after their arrival. Breakfast could have had more selection but with Covid 19 and few guest that is understandable. The only complaint they had was that staff in the early morning hours could be heard talking in the restaurant and some with idle time were smoking by the pool which caused them not to go to the pool. We took a family room and it was very roomy with one 7-feet bed and one 3.5-feet bed. The only comment I have is management. I think the hotel policy and practise against COVID-19 is very weak. The breakfast buffet was served by staff with mask-off and all guests were allowed to access the food freely without any protection.
