Our stay at the Iris Hostel was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are not extravagant but very clean (we stayed in one of the private rooms). They have a washer and dryer on site. And the location is very close to the Sunday market, and is a straight shot up to Do Suthep Temple. We wish we could have extended our stay here. I stayed in a private room and have no complaints. The only bad thing I experienced during my 5 days were rats. I saw 2 outside on the side where I parked scooter, 1 in the kitchen restaurant in the back of the hostel and 1 right outside my room on the second floor. Sigh.
