With smug management The room I booked and prepaid for was occupied on arrival. The following day I was moved to this room whilst on a trip. During this move my travel documents went missing. Todo muy limpio (nos hicieron la limpieza todos los días) y el personal fantástico. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el baño pero lo solucionaron diligentemente. Además tienen todo tipo de servicios: lavandería, transporte al aeropuerto, excursiones... La única pega es que no está muy céntrico (queda fuera de las murallas) pero las distancias no son muy grandes y cerca tienes todo tipo de servicios: zonas donde comer, comprar...
