Older room but very quaint, large and nice. Well decorated and fully stocked. No skimping on towels or water or anything. Wi-Fi great. Central location near lots of cool cafes and eats places and shops. The negative point would be the door to access to the bathroom / toilets that is not really opaque. So you can more or less see what the other person is doing...
