Staff were very helpful and went the extra mile for it's customers. My room was well appointed and had air conditioning and a very small balcony. There was a safety cupboard rather than a safety deposit box which worked well. TV was new, bathroom was clean and fresh. Easy reachable by grab/car or motorbike. The staff is extremely friendly, the room was very nice, comfy and clean. The room had a balcony, fridge, AC and supplies for coffee and tea. They are all very friendly. Breakfast is provided in the mornings. They have a nice seating area outside. Laundry facilities for use on site. The location is very good and can walk to amenities. They sell bottles of water in the lobby for the same price as 7-11\. The only thing that was an issue for us was the very small bathroom otherwise enjoyed our stay.
