Price was very reasonable. Quiet - “Zen” atmosphere. Breakfast was good. Some staff were gracious, welcoming and helpful (especially the front door security guard. He was an angel). Rooms are old and need major work. The dinner we had was awful and atmosphere uncomfortable (hot, mosquitoes, etc.) - indoors! One morning we came down to breakfast and several tables had bugs crawling all over them. Our spa appointments were messed up - granted we asked to change times but the whole thing was a disaster. Staff apologized and offered a “fix” that in no way worked with our needs or schedule. TV and beds were a joke. Communication with the staff was not good. The charge for a shuttle to the airport changed depending on who was manning the front desk. We did get a free ride to the Sunday market but we just got dropped off with no directions or info regarding where we were or which way to go.
