From the moment we stepped on the property to when we left, he was extremely helpful and welcoming, and that was reflected in the rest of the staff. They gave great information at the beginning, helped us get around, got us to good restaurants, and even gave us free tastings of the local rum! The room was well-sized and had two chairs (rather than the standard one). It seems that everyone receives the same incredible welcome, which shows that they really care. Could be improved: the bathroom constantly smelled of raw sewage coming up through the pipes, and we were continuously getting bitten by fleas (perhaps from the cats roaming the hotel). We killed as many fleas as we could, but they kept attacking us.
