The parking is not lit and i didnt sleep well since i was afraid someone would break into my car. There were no cameras in the parking lot either.

The property is at the end of the Malicon, so a little more quiet. Our room faced the beach, and although the Caribbean was beautiful, the beach at this section is less groomed. The room was nice, had a small kitchenette, and was good size. However, small maintenance issues were noticeable. This was not a big deal to me, but some might be bothered. The hotel is right at the start of the shops and restaurants. The staff does not speak much English, but we had no problem using an app translator. They were all very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here before, and I would stay again. For the price, its a very nice option.

Un hotel que podría dar mas.

Un hotel que podría brindar mucho, en una muy buena locación, pero muy descuidado, nos tocó una habitación junto a una puerta que utilizan de bodega toda rota, con un gran hoyo que dejaba ver lo guardado. La ventana a la terraza no cerraba bien. Considero nos tocó mala suerte ya que la pequeña bahía que tiene el hotel estaba llena de sargazo y era imposible poder meterse al mar.

Beach was unusable due to Sargasso weed. check in time was later than listed. Came back to the room to find someone in my bed who was drunk and came into the wrong room. also the sliding glass doors didn't close properly and had large gaps. no access to trash or water from the room. Staff was nice.

Un hotel muy bonito, a la orilla del mar. De los pocos que están directos al mar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Very nice Hotel at the south end of the malacon. Room was large and comfortable right on the beach of Mahahual. Nice balcony for sitting. The beach view is off the pier and not the best of Mahahual, but certainly a nice Caribbean view. Plenty of restaurants and retail just out the door. We had some internet and TV problems, but they quickly offered a new room. No coffee in room or at hotel.. Had to head out to get morning coffee. They are building more rooms on the other side of the malacon. They will NOT be on the beach. Probably check which room before booking. We will stay again.

The hotal was closed, due to some electric problem. There was another hotel, same company, the staff explained us the situation, we had to accept because we were already there, that hotel was ok, but it is not even next to the beach.

Fue una experiencia agradable. El hotel es cómodo. Habitaciones muy amplias, limpias. Lamentablemente hay un manglar pequeño frente al hotel. Ésto impide nadar enfrente. A favor, es que tienes una vista privilegiada para ver el amanecer y la llegada de los cruceros al puerto.

Mala atención del dueño

Mi reserva era por 3 noches, la primera la tomamos a las 10 p.m. Y al día siguiente decidimos cancelar, porque las instalaciones de la habitación muy mala el baño pésimo, regadera oxidada, a la tina no se hiba el agua, el clima no servía bien, la TV tenía ruidos y no se escuchaba. Cuando decidimos irnos la duña dijo que teníamos que pagar las 3 noches..le dijimos que no, pagamos la noche en efectivo y cancele ,mi tarjeta para que no hiciera el cobro, pero muy agresiva la señora y es extranjera viviendo en México

El baño está muy descuidado y el agua se sale al cuarto, a pesar de tapar la coladera emerge un olor muy desagradable ... Y la cama rechina con cada movimento involuntario ... Lo cual es nefasto ... Y también no le dan mantenimiento a su playa ya que está está llena de sargazo y este genera un olor muy desagradable .... Muy decepcionado porque la vista no es la mejor ... En fin muy malo el hotel

En general lo necesario, el problema fue el sargazo, que tenía un aroma terrible e incluso entraba a ala habitación faltó limpieza en el sanitario del hotel, además del aroma a humedad en las toallas
