Beautiful building with alot of history. Views were lovely from our room. Room was spacious, clean & had everything we needed. Shower was perfect. Restaurant was great with excellent choice, food was outstanding, staff were friendly. Only complaints we have was the bed 's' it was two singles pushed together, so uncomfortable, hardly slept at all. I would definitely return but next time ask for a double bed. Keep up the good work 👏

This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold. When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Upon entering the Beautifully decorated lobby I was given key cards by the lovely clerks at the front desk, key cards which you need to enter the hotel itself and use the lift and rooms so the security of the building put me at ease. I cannot understate just how beautiful the hotel is, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturiser smell incredible and are great quality. check in was easy and so was checking out, highly recommend the Resident hotel and will be visiting again.

A great hotel in the heart of the city. Duke St was a fun, clean base to explore Liverpool for my 2 day visit. Would highly recommend :)

Friendly and helpful staff, at check-in and in the restaurant (which was first-rate, BTW). Modern, stylish rooms. Good location. Parking wasn’t seamless, but it’s close and protected.
