"Booked room online, arrived and was told I booked a new room, however when I got to room, there were dirty foot prints in the shower, toilet rocked, room smelled bad, no working ceiling lights just exposed wire ,tv outdated, and ROACHES. Front desk staff were friendly though."
"I had a pleasant experience at this property. Helen and CC at the front desk were great. The area is charming and I felt safe there. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and it is a good stopping point when traveling from NY as it is right off I-77."
