### La Lune - Appt avec balcon

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers this 60 m² flat for rent in the town of Chenôve, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 4th floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub). Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A 15 m² living room with a sofa, TV, and dining area   
\- A fully equipped kitchen with high chairs, electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- A bathroom with bathtub  
\- A separate toilet  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.  
  
Outside:  
\- Two loggias, one facing south and the other facing north, each measuring 2.5 m² (unfurnished) for enjoying sunny days.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Chenôve, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.  
  
Transportation:  
If you choose to come by car, free parking spaces are available at the foot of the building.   
  
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:  
\- Dijon-Ville train station is 15 minutes away by car
