Our second stay in The Hilton, Chennai was as enjoyable as our first visit. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and efficient. I can recommend the taxi service organised by the hotel which was perfect for our airport collection and drop-off.

I stay regular at the Hiton Guindy, the staff are excellent and the facilities in the main are good. The gym could do with a few new cardio machines but apart from that everything wlse is pretty good.

Quick overnight stay

Only there for a few short hours as an overnight for early airport departure. Only room service was used which was quick and nice. Rest of hotel new & clean but having doors in bathroom for both shower and toilet was inconvenient and unnecessary.

The overall property was clean and staff were extremely friendly. Room was spacious and clean - bathroom shower area had some grouting issues but seems standard for Chennai. Expected a little better from Hilton. Areas of improvement - extremely long wait for food when ordered through in room dining / ala carte at bar (>50-60 minutes) each time with having to follow up to ensure we weren’t forgotten. In room TV definitely needs an upgrade. Older model with no option to stream/chromecast. Especially for a Hilton. We stayed in a cheaper hotel nearby that exceeded the standards compared to what Hilton Chennai produced especially from the price we paid vs amenities/services provided. Great location.
