The hotel is very close to the airport and they provides shuttle service. The staffs are helpful and the hotel has the amenities we needed. They also provided 2 bottled water everyday which is nice. There are restaurants inside the hotel which we used 2 times. The foods are good. The only problem we encountered was the room has no air conditioner and it got warm and uncomfortable we had to ask for electric fan. It’s an older hotel so there’s that musty smell inside the room. When I booked hotel, I always choose hotel that has free breakfast. We got free breakfast on our first day, but the next day they told us we didn’t have free breakfast. So, I don’t know exactly where I made the wrong booking and the hotel staff who has very limited English couldn’t really explain what happened. We just let it go and didn’t argue. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

"秘書山荘入り口に近く、ロケーションは最高。貴賓楼という本館とは別棟に泊まったので、本館の様子はわかりませんが、貴賓楼は少しかび臭く、シャワーの温水が出にくく水の勢いも弱い、ドライヤーがない等の点がマイナス。値段は手頃だと思うので、これらのマイナス面を受け入れられるなら泊まってもよいと思います。"

"Hotel facilities are clean and new. Location is convenient. Service can be improved by hiring ore people who can speak English. Breakfast is included in the fee but the breakfast is mostly oriental. Wiukd recomend adding more healthy otems like more fruit variety and cereals ."
