The apartment is newly renovated and in a very central location.
Bus stop is in the immediate vicinity and you need about 5 minutes by bus
to the city center. The Kaßberg is one of the best preserved Art Nouveau quarters. Chemnitz is a university town and offers a wonderful

Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt funktioniert. Einrichtung funktional, ordentlich und sauber. Eine Mikrowelle wäre praktisch. Den Fernseher konnte ich leider nicht nutzen. Komme gern mal wieder.

Gesamteindruck Fewo

Die Fewo war in keinem sauberen Zustand. Man hat gesehen, dass kurz gewischt wurde, der Dreck aber im Wohnzimmer unter dem Heizkörper vergessen wurde, wegzuwischen. Die Heizkörper im Bad waren schmutzig. Die Wohnung allgemein hat einen schmuddeligen Eindruck gemacht und wir haben für diesen Preis etwas besseres erwartet. Die Reinigungsgebühr von 30,00 € ist für den Zustand der Wohnung viel zu viel. Mein Fehler war, dass ich mich nicht vorher genau erkundigt habe, was die zusätzlichen Gebühren von 46,00 € und die Servicegebühr von 32,13 beinhalten. Ist mir im Nachhinein völlig schleierhaft. Wir werden diese Ferienwohnung jedenfalls nicht wieder buchen.

Neuwertige Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der zweiten Etage eines mehrstöckigen Häuserblocks im wunderschönen Jugendstilviertel von Chemnitz. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, aber das Treppenhaus ist großzügig, die Treppen sind nicht steil und auch für ältere Leute gut zu steigen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kneipen und Cafés, Sparkasse und Bushaltestelle. Die Straße ist vielbefahren, aber die Fenster schließen dicht, sodass sich Lärmbelästigung vermeiden lässt. Auch von den Nachbarn hört man nichts. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, alles ist neu und gepflegt, gute Matratzen, nette Einrichtung, W-LAN funktioniert prima. Für 2 Personen ideal, für 4 Personen meiner Meinung nach nur geeignet, wenn man für kurze Zeit eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht und sich nicht viel dort aufhält. Es ist nämlich eher ein Appartement als eine Wohnung, nur das Bad hat eine Tür, alles andere ist offen, wobei das Doppelbett abgetrennt ist vom Rest der Wohnung mit Leichtbauwänden, in denen sich zwei türgroße Öffnungen befinden. Das Bad ist geräumig, neben der Dusche hat eine Waschmaschine Platz, es gibt Möglichkeiten zur Unterbringung von Utensilien. Im Schlafzimmer ist Platz nur für das Bett und ein Ablagebrett, ein Kleiderschrank steht in der Küche bei der Wohnungstüre, er kann also auch als Garderobe benutzt werden. Die Küche selbst hat auf kleinstem Raum alles Erforderliche für Selbstversorgung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief hervorragend, er hat auf meine Fragen schnell und präzise geantwortet. Auch die jungen Leute vor Ort, die den Schlüssel übergeben haben und sich kümmerten, waren total nett und zuvorkommend und gut erreichbar. Alles in allem habe ich den Aufenthalt auf dem Kaßberg genossen und war mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden.
