Utility Area – washing machine and work surface – space for dog bed. Ground floor bedroom – twin or King size with en-suite shower room (suitable for disabled access) Under floor heating throughout Upstairs Bedroom 1 – Large King Size or twin bedroom, fitted wardrobe and shelves, en suite shower room. Each unit has been finished to a very high specification, with hotel style en-suite bedrooms, open plan living / dining area with double height ceiling, light and airy, with charming little courtyard garden accessed via french windows. The accommodation is situated on a large working farm, lots of lovely walks which are well signed, with written instructions for each inside the house. Loads of space for coats, boots, dogs etc. The wood burner made it a cosy home. ##### Alison B.
