The townhouse is nestled on a quiet street just a stone\`s throw away from the town centre and shopping district. Montpellier, with its stunning gardens and top restaurants including the Ivy, is just a 10 minute walk away. If you are lucky enough to experience Cheltenham in race week then you are ideally placed to make the most of the races, the course is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi away depending on how much energy you have left! With high ceilings and large windows, the townhouse has been stylishly decorated with a brand new kitchen and luxurious bathrooms. We have 2 King rooms and a Super King, which can be configured into a twin for those looking for more flexibility for their stay. We also have a sofa bed that sleeps two comfortably so a total of 8. \*\*Important:\*\* We are committed to protecting our homes and guests, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent ID verification as part of the booking process. It’s nice and easy - taking less than 5 mins to complete. \*\*\* Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay.
