  • Recently renovated to a high standard, this light and airy 2 bed provides an ideal base for those looking to explore everything that Cheltenham has to offer, right on their doorstep!

    As you enter the property, to your right is the tastefully decorated living area with brand new sumptuous L sofa, ready to jump into after a long day exploring Cheltenham.

    From there is the dining area to comfortably seat four enjoying catching up with friends over a meal and a drink. Beyond is the brand new kitchen which has everything you need to cook up a storm!

    Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms, one with a Super King and the other a Double. The modern bathroom is downstairs and enjoys a bath/shower setup.

    **Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Overall I was pretty disappointed with this property. I don't like to leave negative reviews however I need to be honest about this listing as it was not up to the quality I expected for the price. First and foremost the neighbourhood is not great, it's a bit dirty and run down, but that's not the property owner's fault that's just something to be aware of generally. Within the property owner's control is the fact that this property was dirty, poorly maintained, cheaply appointed, smelly, and did not look as the ad photos made it seem. Details to support the listed issues:1) Dirty - mould and cobwebs in the bathroom, all carpets/rugs were grey from lack of cleaning, the floorboards in the primary bedroom had grime between them 2) Poorly Maintained - there are scuff marks and damage all over the walls, the floorboards, etc. parts of the floor were coming apart. The induction stove was not supplied with induction capable cookware. This was not resolved smoothly. 3) Cheaply Appointed - the "king bed" is just two double beds pushed together, the linens and towels felt like paper towel, and again the induction cookware issue.4) Smelly - there was an awful smell coming from the dirty curtains in the living room that I could not get rid of5) Misrepresented - the bathroom sink is different, the linens are different, clean carpets, etc. in the photos but a very different case in real life. Quite disappointing compounded by communication that was fast but often unhelpful
