"Lovely hotel. Stayed 2 nights. Had housekeeping after the first night, which is unusual in these post covid days! Room was spotless. Bathroom a bit small. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Great location. Would definitely stay here again."

"Freshly decorated hotel. Staff were excellent. We upgraded to a suit and there were some issues. The bathroom door did not close and the room was very empty. Bed, TV and a dressing table. Very little furniture (only bed in bedroom, no chair or table), room was huge and the bedside tables where 12" by 7" so hardly enough for a glass of water (which we had to get from bar as none in room). The lounge was also very short of furniture and no had no pictures of any comfort features. Designed for quick and easy cleaning - not for customer comfort. Definitely not a home away from home feeling. Would stay again just remember it's minimalist everywhere."

"I recently stayed at YOTELPAD Stratford and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the cleanliness was not up to standard. The glasses in the room were dirty, and despite reporting this, housekeeping never came to resolve the issue. We also found someone else’s hair in the shower, and there was noticeable dust on the tables and kitchenette area, which made the room feel neglected. The room itself is extremely small—much smaller than it appears in the photos. As soon as you open the door, you’re immediately in the sink area, which feels cramped and poorly laid out. Another issue was the WiFi, which was very slow and unreliable throughout our stay. On top of that, at around 11:45pm, the fire alarm went off, completely disrupting our sleep. When we called reception, we were told it was triggered by another room, but it still took a long time for us to settle back down afterward. The only real positive is the location, which is convenient. However, overall, I don’t think it offers good value for money. In comparison, Premier Inn is more spacious, more affordable, and a much better experience overall. For what it is, YOTELPAD Stratford simply isn’t worth the price. "
